This new build bespoke country home is situated in a plot bounded by large mature trees. The low-lying area of the site has been excavated to create a lake, which stores rainwater and provides a haven for passing wildlife. The main living areas open out from the south elevation and overlook the lake. Internal features include a grand central staircase lit from above. It is an understated country house with a formal front yet an informal kitchen and living area to the rear that connects through to the stone outbuildings at the rear. A fine example of classical house design.
