This side board is aimed at homes craving for some authenticity and warmth from a natural material. We produced this piece using elements of weathered wood gathered from a building site. Natural ageing over time has beautifully weathered the wood providing the rustic textures pictured. The colours, scars and the traces of time in the material show the story of the old wood. Apart from cutting the modern strip shapes to add to the functionality of the piece of furniture, we have tried to interfere with the surface of the wood as little as possible in order to preserve the natural beauty, structure and different shades of the wood.
