We were disappointed with our experience. We agreed a budget limit for a garden room and side extension which we had drawings done for, and when all of our quotes came in, they were all 50%+ over our budget, so we ended up without a garden room.

Disappointing. Got all the budget estimates wrong by 50% or so, missed key building regs points e.g. steels we needed, and no acceptable response to complaints. Not what we expected.
