    New Drama and Technology building for the campus of the Oranje Girls School, Bloemfontein, South Africa. Smit Architects (design) with Incline Architects (documentation and supervision). This proved to be a balancing act between two existing buildings, but also to negotiate the language of the architecture, since the art neighbour is a listed building with Cape Dutch influences while the other is an old classroom building. We incorporated existing architectural elements form the existing campus into the building (sun screens and frames), but decide to give the building (since it is drama and technology) its on strong voice.
